*Each person may apply for a maximum of 5 tickets.
*The customer is responsible for the ticket issuance fee of 165 yen per ticket and the system usage fee of 330 yen per ticket when making an online reservation.

*If you reserve only a seat number ticket, a separate Hawaiianz admission ticket will be required.

Notes regarding the performance

■During this event, we will be taking photos of the venue, including the audience and attendees.There is a possibility that this will be recorded.

　The materials we photograph may be used for commercial purposes or for secondary or other purposes.You agree to be made available for use.

　Please understand this beforehand and come visit us.

* Letters to the performers,Gifts can be placed in the gift box located at the entrance of the venue.Please put it in there.

*If you require wheelchair access, please contact the inquiry desk below in advance.

*Tickets (seat number tickets) will be checked upon entry to the Beach Stage. They will not be checked upon entry to Hawaiianz.

*When re-entering the beach stage,We will need to check your ticket (seat number ticket) again.

*Even if you have a ticket (seat number ticket), it may take some time before you can enter.We may charge you for this.　　

　Please arrive at the venue at least 5 minutes before the show starts.Thank you for your understanding

*Tickets (seat number tickets) cannot be canceled or changed on the day of the event for any reason.

　Furthermore, we will not reissue the certificate under any circumstances (loss, damage, etc.).

*Recording, filming, or taking photographs with any equipment is prohibited during the event. If any of the above is discovered, regardless of the reason, your equipment may be confiscated, the data deleted, and you may be asked to leave. Failure to comply may result in the cancellation of the performance.
*Please be sure to follow the instructions of the staff on the day of the event. If you do not follow the staff's instructions, you may be refused participation in the event.
* Bringing bottles, fireworks or other explosives, items prohibited by law, dangerous goods, or items that may cause trouble to others into the venue is prohibited.
*Please note that we are unable to accept celebratory flowers, flower stands, etc., due to space limitations.
*Except for service dogs, guide dogs, and hearing dogs, animals and pets are not allowed inside the venue.
*Please note that we will not be able to accommodate requests for autographs, photos, or other similar requests from the creators at this event.
*Please refrain from waiting for performers in their dressing rooms or at the entrance, or from following them.
*Please take responsibility for managing your own health. Also, if you feel unwell, please do not push yourself and let a staff member at the venue know.

*The organizers, venue, and performers will not be held responsible for any troubles, accidents, theft, loss, injuries, etc. that occur inside or outside the venue.
*Transportation and accommodation costs to and from the venue are the responsibility of the participant. Furthermore, no compensation will be provided for transportation or accommodation costs even if the event is cancelled.
*Please note that the performance content may be changed or canceled due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, no refunds will be given for tickets.
