Regarding the suspension period for online reservations

Due to system migration maintenance, accommodation reservations that include free shuttle bus service, as well as reservations for guest-only options (new bookings, changes, and cancellations), will be unavailable during the following period.

How to make a new reservation from 10:00 AM on Thursday, November 5th

- For those who make a reservation through the official booking site (ICONIA)

After your accommodation reservation is complete, you will receive an email to your registered email address with a link to a dedicated application page for the free shuttle bus. You can book your desired bus time slot via the link in the email.
*Please note that it may take up to 30 minutes after your reservation is complete for the confirmation email to be sent.

- For those who have made a reservation for accommodation through a site other than the official booking site (ICONIA)

Reservations for the free shuttle bus are accepted by phone only. Please contact the reservation center after completing your accommodation reservation.

Those who have made a reservation for the free shuttle bus by Wednesday, November 4th.

If there are no changes to your reservation

Whether you made your reservation by phone or through the web option, no further action is required. You can board the bus as is.

If you wish to change or cancel your reservation

Due to system migration, you are unable to change or cancel your reservation online. We apologize for the inconvenience, but please contact us by phone or cancel your current reservation and make a new one through the official booking site (ICONIA) below.
