Thank you for your continued patronage of Spa Resort Hawaiians.

Currently, there have been reports of suspicious emails, text messages (SMS), and social media messages (such as WhatsApp) being sent to customers who have made accommodation reservations through online travel booking sites, impersonating hotels or booking sites.

These messages may contain fraudulent URLs that falsely claim to be reservation confirmations or payment procedures, prompting you to enter credit card information or personal details. Information entered on the redirected page could be obtained by third parties.

In the unlikely event that you receive a suspicious email or message, please do not access any URLs or enter any personal information, and delete it immediately. Neither our company nor any of our facilities will ever send you a URL via email or messaging app requesting you to enter such information.

We kindly ask that you exercise caution to ensure your safety while using our services.
