Please read this before using Mauna Village. Guest safety is our top priority, and the glamping facility may be closed if we deem it unsafe. If bad weather is expected, we will notify you by email four days prior to your check-in date. We may also close the facility on the day of your stay due to a sudden change in weather. If we decide to close the facility, we will notify you by email or phone. In this case, no cancellation fee will be charged; however, if we receive a cancellation request from you before the decision to close the facility is made, a cancellation fee will be charged.
