This is a select dinner filled with around 90 freshly prepared dishes from Japanese, Western and Chinese cuisine. This seasonal gourmet fair is about to begin, featuring the powerful flavors of carefully selected meat dishes, delicately layered with the fresh acidity and aroma of strawberries.
We offer a wide variety of dishes, including roast lamb with a fragrant grilled meat dish and a touch of strawberry, risotto with pancetta and strawberries, aquapazza that captures the flavor of seafood, and miso soup that makes use of the bounty of Fukushima.
