We offer carefully selected local sake from Fukushima Prefecture, the sake capital of Japan, which has won the Gold Award nine times in a row. Enjoy it with a variety of fresh Tokiwa seafood. We also have many hidden sakes recommended by our head chef, including Fukushima's signature sake, Toroki. We offer over 20 types of Fukushima local sake, mainly Aizu sake, carefully selected by Tsuruga sake sommelier.

Be sure to try Tsuruga's Aizu's finest brand horse sashimi, which is not available to the general public. We also recommend the fresh fish delivered directly from Onahama, Iwaki.
