Spa Resort Hawaiians Benefits (Starting July 22, 2025)

◇ Hawaiians exclusive discount
・10% discount on day-trip admission tickets to Spa Resort Hawaiians
　*Only available when purchasing regular admission tickets at the ticket counter. Cannot be used in conjunction with other discounts.
・10% discount on paid reserved seats for the Polynesian show (daytime session)
　*Only available when purchasing at the paid reserved seat sales counter
・5% discount on additional orders at breakfast and dinner venues for guests staying overnight
*The discount for the in-house restaurants only applies to additional orders at the breakfast and dinner venues.
　You must present your membership number when you visit the breakfast and dinner venues. If you do not present your membership number, the discount will not be applied.
*Discounts at the museum shops are not included.

◇Special services for Platinum members
・Early check-in for overnight stays: Enter the room 30 minutes earlier than usual
　*Please contact the hotel at least 3 days before your stay.
　*Excluding peak periods.
　*Please note that it may not be possible to use the facility depending on availability on the day.

◇Points awarded
・"Basic Member Points" will be awarded at the rate of 1.00% of the settlement amount to members of all stages (Silver/Gold/Platinum).
・"Membership stage bonus points" will be awarded at +0.25% for Gold stage members and +0.50% for Platinum stage members.
　*Points are awarded for reservations made through the Spa Resort Hawaiians official website, Iconia Hospitality, the GoTo Pass official website, official app, by phone, or by direct reservation or use at the front desk (walk-in).
　*Points are not eligible for points: Reservations made through travel agencies or external online booking sites, as well as package tours sold by other companies, such as accommodation plans that include airline tickets, JR tickets, and rental cars, are not eligible for GoTo Pass points (basic points and bonus points).

*Official web reservation bonus points are not eligible.
