What is the "Hula Girls Nationwide Kizuna Caravan"?

The Great East Japan Earthquake occurred on March 11, 2011. Spa Resort Hawaiians was forced to close, and the hula girls lost a place to dance. Still, wanting to do whatever they could to help with the recovery of their hometowns of Iwaki, Fukushima, and the entire Tohoku region, which were suffering from the negative publicity caused by the nuclear accident, and to spread the smiles and energy of Fukushima and Iwaki, they started the Hula Girls Nationwide Kizuna Caravan. Between May and October of that year, they performed 247 times in 125 locations, including 26 prefectures across Japan and Seoul, South Korea.
The caravan consisted of 23 hula girls who were enrolled at the time, split into three teams and traveled around the country.
