Regarding footwear inside the building

Please be barefoot when using the poolside, hot springs where you can enter in a swimsuit, and bathing areas.
We recommend wearing beach sandals when moving between facilities and in areas other than those listed above.
*Aqua shoes (marine shoes) are permitted. Please ask a lifeguard for details.

Dress code inside the building

The facility is filled with a summer atmosphere, and you can wear light clothing such as swimsuits and T-shirts all year round, especially in the water park.
However, wet rash guards and swimsuits, or those with water droplets on them, can feel cold, so
When you get out of the water, remove your rash guard and dry off immediately. It is convenient to bring a towel.

Handling of valuables and lockers

We ask that you keep your valuables in your own care.
Coin lockers are available in the building.
Coin lockers can only be used with cash, so please bring some coins with you.
(Disposable type (200-300 yen), openable type (effectively 300-400 yen))
Luggage that does not fit in the lockers can be stored at the Water Park front desk for a fee (600 yen per item).
Please note that we are unable to accept the following items:
Valuables, food and drink, pets and other living creatures, dangerous items, odorous items, and items that can fit in lockers
However, assistive devices such as strollers, wheelchairs, and prosthetic limbs can be checked in free of charge.

About smoking

• Smoking is prohibited anywhere in the building, including electronic cigarettes, except in designated areas. Please use the designated smoking areas.
• The buffet restaurant and Japanese dining hall where guests will have dinner are also non-smoking.

About using the baths and changing rooms

At our facility, only preschool children aged 6 or older are allowed in the baths and changing rooms.
*Elementary school children are not permitted to use this facility.

The only place children who wear diapers on a daily basis can use is the baby pool "Tenshi no Mizuba"

The only place you can use pool diapers is the baby pool "Tenshi no Mizuba." You cannot use any other pools, even if you are wearing pool diapers.

Precautions on the premises

Flying small unmanned aircraft above the facility premises is prohibited.

Requests regarding recording and photography

When photographing facilities, events, shows, etc. inside and outside the Spa Resort Hawaiians building, customers may appear in the photographs.
The photographs may be used for reporting, advertising, promotions, merchandise sales, etc.
