The facility is open throughout the year.
Are the outdoor baths available year round?
There are cases where they are closed during the winter.

Should I bring a bathing suit?
If you want to use swimming pools and baths that require a bathing suit, it would be better to bring your own. If you forget your bathing suit, we do have rental bathing suits that are available for a fee. Further, bathing suits are sold at "Surfer's Paradise" next to the entrance.

Bathing suits are available for a fee. Please refer to the "Charges" page.
Do I need to pay extra fees on top of the facility admission fee?
The admission fee covers the swimming pools, hot springs, shows, etc. Additional payment is needed for Sliders, lockers, food and drinks, massages, games, rental goods, etc.

What time do shows start?
The Polynesian Show is performed two times a day: (1) 13:30~ (2) 20:10~. The admission fee for Spa Resort Hawaiians covers the shows. 
Can infants play in the swimming pool?
The Little Turk's Pool (with a maximum water depth of 50cm) has shallow areas where little children can play. We ask that children who regularly wear diapers not be allowed in the pool.
When is check-in and check-out?
(1) Hotel Hawaiians --- check-in/14:00, check-out/10:00
(2) ViR PORT --- check-in/13:00, check-out/11:30
Are pajamas or yukata available?
"Aloha shirts" and "muumuus" are prepared for room wears. Please note that we have not prepared a yukata.
What kind of amenities are supplied?
1. When staying at Hotel Hawaiians, towels, bath towels and tooth brushes are prepared in the guest rooms. A hair dryer is also prepared for rooms with baths. Hair dryers, shampoo, etc. are available at the large bath.
2. When staying at ViR PORT, towels, bath towels, tooth brushes, shampoo, rinse and a hair dryer are prepared in the room
Can we play in the swimming pool before checking in?
Please conduct the check-in procedure at the reception desk even before the check-in time. You can enjoy the pools after doing so.Further, please bring your bath towel with you or use the rental corner.
Can we play in the swimming pool after checking out?
You can use the pools after checking your luggage at the reception desk of your accommodation facility.
How much is the accommodation rates?
It depends on the accommodation date, room type, and the number of guests.

Is there a parking lot for guests staying overnight?
A parking lot for guests staying overnight has been prepared separately from the parking lot for day trippers.
1. We have prepared a parking lot for overnight guests staying at "Hotel Hawaiians" and "ViR PORT."First, proceed to the entry of Hotel Hawaiians. There, tell the staff that you will be staying at "Hotel Hawaiians" or "ViR PORT." (A sign board is also displayed.)
2. The parking lot is located in front of "Crest Hall" for overnight guests of "Crest Hall."
Is parking free?
Free parking is available for 3,500 cars.
How do I get to Spa Resort Hawaiians?
1. By Car 5 minutes from Iwaki Yumoto Intersection on the Joban Expressway
2. By Train Get off at Yumoto Station on the JR Joban Line and take a shuttle bus (free) from Yumoto Station, a local bus (To Hawaiians) or a taxi. It takes about 15 minutes.
